1
On cardstock.
I love using cardstock for the sturdiness of it. Regular paper works as well but cardstock is sturdier and keeps it’s form better hanging on the wall.
2
Prepare
Cut the shapes out.
Determine a good spot to display and if possible, place within arms reach of your child for ease of hanging and review games.
3
Use
With letter of the week.
When introducing a new letter have your child color within the lines using any medium you choose. Then hang on the wall with rolled masking tape.
Alphabet Review Game
The wall display is for more than just looks, use it as a tool to review the alphabet.
Use the wall display to point to corresponding letters as you and your child sing the alphabet song.
As more letters are added, you can ask your child to find a certain letter. They can point, slap with a hand, or swat with a flyswatter.
